We provide free tracked international shipping on all purchase above US$20. 

PROCESSING

The average processing time is 1 to 3 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. 

Shipping

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, please email us @ info@cutsyworld.com. 

Please allow 10 - 20 days for international orders to reach you after shipping. 

Damaged Items: Please contact us within 7 days of your order delivery if you have received a damaged item. Send an email to info@cutsyworld.com and include your order number and pictures of your issue if possible.
